Day 1:- Jammu to Srinagar via Patnitop-

Upon arrival in Jammu, meet your driver who will transfer you to Srinagar. The journey will take around 6-7 hours, with a scenic stop at Patnitop. This charming hill station is a beautiful place to stretch your legs and enjoy the stunning winter views. Patnitop, surrounded by snow-covered meadows and alpine trees, offers the perfect opportunity to soak in the winter beauty of Jammu and Kashmir. After spending some time in Patnitop, continue your drive to Srinagar. The route offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains, valleys, and frozen streams. Upon reaching Srinagar in the evening, check into your hotel, and relax. If time permits, take a short walk around Dal Lake and enjoy the winter landscape, with its shimmering surface and the surrounding mountains blanketed in snow. You will spend the night in Srinagar.

Day 2:- Gulmarg Day Trip-

After breakfast, embark on an exciting day trip to Gulmarg, which is about 1.5 hours from Srinagar. Gulmarg is a winter wonderland, especially during the colder months. The town is famous for its snow-covered meadows and serves as a hub for winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding. If you are an adventure enthusiast, this is the perfect place to indulge in these activities.

A highlight of your visit to Gulmarg will be the Gondola ride (cable car) to Kongdoori and Apharwat Peak. From the top, you'll get panoramic views of the surrounding snow-covered mountains, making it a perfect spot for photography. In the afternoon, you can either try skiing or take a peaceful walk through the snow-covered meadows. There are also cozy cafes where you can warm up and enjoy a hot drink. After an action-packed day in Gulmarg, return to Srinagar in the evening. Enjoy a warm dinner at your hotel and unwind. You will spend the night in Srinagar.

Day 3:- Aharbal Waterfall, Dal Lake, and Shankaracharya Temple -

On Day 3, you’ll start your day early with a visit to Aharbal Waterfall, which is about 2.5-3 hours from Srinagar. This beautiful waterfall, often referred to as the "Niagara of Kashmir," is surrounded by snow-covered landscapes in winter, offering an absolutely serene and picturesque view. It’s a perfect spot for nature lovers to enjoy the beauty of Kashmir in its purest form. After exploring the Aharbal Waterfall, head back to Srinagar and have lunch. In the afternoon, your next stop will be Dal Lake. A Shikara ride on Dal Lake is a must, especially in winter when the lake has a unique charm. The snow-covered houseboats and mountains create a serene, almost magical atmosphere. Your day will continue with a visit to Shankaracharya Temple, which offers panoramic views of the city of Srinagar, Dal Lake, and the surrounding mountains. Though the climb to the temple is a bit steep, it’s well worth it for the stunning views at the top. After a day filled with natural beauty and cultural exploration, return to your hotel in Srinagar for a relaxing dinner. You will spend the night in Srinagar.

Day 4:- Departure from Srinagar to Jammu -

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and begin your return journey to Jammu. The drive will take around 6-7 hours, passing through beautiful winter landscapes, valleys, and small towns. You can stop for lunch along the way. Once you reach Jammu, you will be dropped at the railway station or airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your 4-day winter tour of Srinagar.
